Throughout his thirty-year career in human capital, he has focused on working with the largest and most sophisticated global asset managers to identify and hire the world’s pinnacle investors to lead multi-billion dollar portfolios across an array of strategies. Michael Lorenca is a seasoned Human Resources executive with a proven track record in driving strategic human capital initiatives and shaping organizational culture. Most recently he served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Honickman Companies, he led talent management, employee engagement, leadership development, and other critical corporate initiatives. Before this, Michael held senior HR and COO positions at media companies like Gannett and the Philadelphia Media Network, where he led successful mergers and acquisitions, drove modernization programs, and enhanced operational efficiency.
