A senior intelligence analyst on the Baretz+Brunelle Talent Intelligence & Acquisitions team and a Legalweek Leaders in Tech Law award winner for Innovation in Hiring, Staffing & Recruiting, Jenna uses her expertise with intelligence to inform partner hiring and law firm acquisition strategies that drive growth.
Jenna brings a specialized skillset in human and open-source intelligence, which she first developed at the Ridge College of Intelligence Studies and Applied Sciences at Mercyhurst College, from which she graduated summa cum laude. There, she refined the expertise in intelligence gathering and analysis that she now applies to growth-oriented talent acquisition strategies. Jenna guides clients through insights derived from market sources, synthesizing complex data into action plans that align the acquisition of talent with firms’ growth goals. Before joining B+B, she served as a global security intern at Pfizer and worked with the National Space Intelligence Center, the U.S. Department of Defense’s primary source of space intelligence.
In addition to studying business and competitive intelligence at Mercyhurst University, Jenna competed in Division II women’s soccer. She enjoys going back to her native city of Buffalo, NY, where she cheers on the Buffalo Bills.
