Ella brings experience in strategic communications, media relations, and building brand visibility to Baretz+Brunelle. Drawing on her background in public relations, she supports the growth of top law firms and other leading businesses in the legal sector through research, strategic messaging, brand positioning, and a deep understanding of today’s media landscape.
Before joining Baretz+Brunelle, Ella served as a public relations intern at FischTank PR and Creative Media Marketing (CMM), supporting clients across industries including beauty and lifestyle, medical technology, and commercial real estate. She worked on the client team for imPRESS by KISS Products, contributing to the launch of a first-of-its-kind product that redefined its category in the beauty sector.
Ella graduated summa cum laude from Rutgers University with degrees in both communication and journalism and media studies. At Rutgers, she honed her writing and editing skills as a writing tutor; supported Rutgers Athletics as a communications intern, including performing freelance work for FOX Sports through Big Ten Network; and was an active member of the Public Relations Student Society of America (PRSSA).
