A homegrown partner, Molly has spent her entire career at B+B, both observing and influencing the legal profession in a period of rapid evolution. The close relationships she has built over more than 15 years as an advisor to law firms ranging in size from boutiques to Am Law 50 members, with equally varied business goals, gives her insight into how changes happening today will impact law firms tomorrow. Molly’s clients rely on that knowledge, as well as the calm authority and respected judgment that she brings to all of her engagements. She brings those qualities to bear in designing and executing growth-oriented strategic communications initiatives for leading law firms and other legal businesses.

Within B+B, Molly manages team members in the Reputation service line, ensuring that clients receive the support necessary to execute their campaigns and pursue their growth objectives.

Earlier in her career, PRWeek named Molly the “Young PR Professional of the Year,” calling her a “dynamic powerhouse in the industry.” She is a magna cum laude graduate of Boston University, with degrees in communications and economics. As a student there, she worked in the corporate communications department of Viacom, one of the nation’s largest media conglomerates.
