Emily Mosier is a seasoned talent leader with more than a decade of experience designing and implementing tailored talent-based strategies in law, finance, private equity, wealth management, and other areas. She takes a strategic, consultative approach—helping clients understand their market, assess gaps, and make informed talent decisions that support immediate needs and future growth.

Emily’s work extends beyond talent search execution to talent mapping, HR advisory, organizational design, restructuring initiatives, and building leadership teams that drive long-term value creation. Her experience working for a financial services firm on a national scale gives her an understanding of the importance of onboarding, integration, talent development, and cultural fit.

Before joining B+B, Emily served in a senior role at a boutique search firm partnering closely with private equity firms, privately held companies, and publicly traded organizations. She has executed partner-level through C-suite leadership searches, including CEO and chair placements.

Emily began her career as an HR director at a financial services staffing firm, where she built and implemented talent acquisition processes and sales compliance infrastructure. She later joined a private equity-backed SaaS company as its first HR director. There, she built the hiring function from scratch and aligned hiring strategy with growth objectives. Her leadership infrastructure and talent strategy positioned the company for growth and ultimately contributed to a successful acquisition.

Emily is a graduate of Villanova University with a focus on interdisciplinary studies.
