Rachel is skilled at leading high-performing teams and collaborating with clients to deliver impactful results.
With deep expertise in legal tech, including AI and legal workflows, Rachel has cultivated strong relationships with law firms, corporate legal departments, analysts, and advisors, informing tech company go-to-market strategies and product roadmaps. She has advised numerous legal industry companies, driving growth through integrated marketing campaigns that enhanced brands and delivered measurable financial value.
Previously, Rachel led marketing for OpenText’s legal tech division, overseeing integrated marketing strategies and teams across the U.S., UK, and Germany for a large legal tech portfolio encompassing eDiscovery, knowledge management, content management, data privacy, and cybersecurity. She spearheaded the integration of five acquired legal tech companies under a single brand and was instrumental in launching the division’s professional services capabilities.
Earlier in her career, Rachel held senior marketing roles at Conduent and H5 (acquired by Lighthouse). She also co-founded a $50M revenue-generating business development practice at Navigant Consulting (acquired by Guidehouse) and subsequently advised on new service lines and markets for the firm’s growth, held a business development position at an early eDiscovery tech company, and was an economic consultant with Putnam, Hayes & Bartlett (acquired by PA Consulting).
Rachel holds Bachelor of Arts in English and history, summa cum laude, from Brown University and a Master of Public Policy from Harvard University. Her professional certifications include Forrester Portfolio Marketing and Pragmatic Marketing Foundations.
