Wayne is a veteran reputation builder, communications strategist, and growth advisor with over 25 years in the legal industry. He has significant experience in global strategic communications, including media relations, executive communications (internal and external), and marketing initiatives for leading law firms and their clients, service corporations, and innovative technology companies. Wayne also oversees strategic digital marketing programs that raise lawyer and firm profiles through social media, website, video, and other channels.

Leveraging his network of industry contacts, Wayne works closely with B+B’s Talent Intelligence & Acquisitions team to assist clients in conducting due diligence and identifying strategic lateral targets and potential group acquisitions. 

Before joining Baretz+Brunelle, Wayne was a key member of Stroock & Stroock & Lavan LLP’s marketing and communications department. He previously managed communications efforts for three Am Law 100 firms (Paul Hastings LLP, Heller Ehrman LLP, and Pillsbury Winthrop LLP) as well as the American Arbitration Association. In each role, he was charged with elevating and enhancing firm visibility and attorney reputation within the legal industry and beyond.

Wayne is a graduate of Ithaca College’s Roy H. Park School of Communications.
