A leader at Baretz+Brunelle since its inception, Kelsey manages the client experience across all of B+B’s service lines. In her role as chief client service officer, she draws on her ability to deeply understand the needs of legal service providers—from Am Law 50 firms to elite litigation boutiques—and delivers growth strategies tailored to meet them.

Kelsey works closely with clients in conceiving and executing their most significant communications, marketing, and business development activities. She regularly oversees anchor initiatives that power law firms’ reputations and business development campaigns, and develops integrated strategies to announce and propel the success of new talent. Kelsey has been a close advisor in the launch and ongoing success of several spinoffs from Am Law 100 firms—many of which have now established national reputations of their own. For larger clients, meanwhile, she directs their ongoing strategic communications as well as major market-facing projects, including rebrandings. 

Within B+B, Kelsey oversees internal teams to ensure that clients receive optimal service, nurturing the growth of team members with the same effectiveness that she demonstrates for our clients. 

Kelsey previously worked in the marketing department of Goodwin Procter LLP, a prominent international law firm. An avid sailor and two-time regatta champion, she dedicates pro bono service to Hudson River Community Sailing, which introduces underserved New York City youth to sailing. She has also served on regional boards of Jumpstart, a national organization that benefits preschool children in low-income communities. Kelsey is a graduate of Boston University’s College of Communication, magna cum laude.
