Simran is a data engineer who develops and maintains systems that accelerate revenue generation for B+B’s legal technology clients. Her work focuses on data architecture, analytics, and reporting. She served as data analyst at LexFusion before its 2025 acquisition by Baretz+Brunelle.
Before joining LexFusion, Simran held data-focused roles across multiple sectors with responsibilities including engagement analysis, sales pipeline management, and internal reporting. She also supported business strategy, developing data-driven insights to drive business growth and improve decision-making. In earlier roles, she facilitated collaborative project management and communication.
Simran graduated from the Guru Tegh Bahadur Institute of Technology with a degree in electrical and electronics engineering. She received her master’s degree in electronics and communication engineering from NorthCap University. She holds a Data Analyst Virtual Internship Certificate, a Data Science Professional Certificate from IBM, and has published articles on IoT protocols for smart environments published in IoT for Sustainable Smart Cities Society (Springer).
