Operations & Office Manager (Part-Time; 20 hours per week)
We are seeking a proactive, hospitality-minded Operations & Office Manager to ensure a welcoming, well-run, and highly organized office environment. This role supports day-to-day office operations with a strong emphasis on hospitality, kitchen and pantry management, conference room readiness, in-office event coordination, and special operational projects such as client gifting management. Along with office operations this role will support leadership with administrative tasks as well as marketing and sales support functions.
- Act as point person for all in-office visitors, office meetings preparation, F&B, presentation facilitation, and AV setup, etc.; Ensure team is aware of processes and procedures for seamless execution of client meetings
- Assist in creating a welcoming office environment and helping to coordinate employee events on and offsite
- Consistently manage office pantry ensuring ample stock levels
- Manage office environment and external spaces
- Ensure conference rooms are consistently meeting-ready (cleanliness, supplies, seating, and technology)
- Manage client and internal gifting programs, including ordering, tracking, and fulfilment
- Coordinate with vendors and platforms to ensure timely, accurate gift delivery
- Assist in marketing events and maintain swag inventories, budgets, and documentation
- Support leadership in all administrative tasks relating to scheduling, deck creation, CRM management, Excel spreadsheet creation, etc.
- Support additional special projects that improve operational efficiency or employee/client experience
- Coordinate with vendors, cleaning services, and building management
- Support onboarding and offboarding logistics, including workspace and equipment setup
- General ability to support current Director, Human Resources and Administration in constant improvement of the employee experience

Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in office operations, workplace experience, hospitality, or administrative support
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office, CRM, property management software
- Strong written and oral communication
- Agile thinking with ability to move from repetitious tasks to longer term planning within a part-time schedule
Work Location: 44 Wall Street
Tuesday through Thursday will be on site at 44 Wall Street. This is a fully onsite position. Please do not apply if you are not interested in onsite work.

Pay Transparency Disclosure:
