The Senior Associate, Digital Marketing works directly with the Chief Digital Strategist and collaborates with client account teams to execute digital marketing initiatives across multiple platforms. This is a highly executional role responsible for supporting campaigns, distributing content, and advancing broader communications and growth strategies for clients. The position operates across LinkedIn, email marketing systems, website CMS platforms, and CRM tools to publish content, manage campaigns, maintain websites, support paid social efforts, and compile performance analytics. Working across multiple client engagements, the Senior Associate partners with internal teams to ensure digital activations are delivered accurately and on schedule.
This role is best suited for someone who is digitally native, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can manage multiple client deliverables simultaneously. The ideal candidate is curious and adaptable, staying current with the evolving digital landscape and leveraging modern tools—including AI platforms—to improve efficiency across research, ideation, and workflow execution. Equally important, they apply strong judgment and critically evaluate outputs before use.
Beyond client work, the role also contributes to select marketing initiatives for Baretz+Brunelle, including social media publishing, website updates, and email distribution.
This role is structured as a 6-month temporary-to-permanent opportunity designed to identify and develop long-term talent within B+B’s digital practice. The right candidate will have the opportunity to grow into a full-time position (with salary increase) and expand their responsibilities over time.
Candidates with experience in B2B, agency, or professional services marketing environments are especially encouraged to apply. Candidates will be asked to complete a short project to showcase specific skills relevant to this position.
Responsibilities
- Draft, edit, and publish social media content, primarily on LinkedIn
- Build and distribute email marketing communications in HubSpot, Constant Contact, and ActiveCampaign
- Maintain and update websites in HubSpot and WordPress
- Manage CRM data in HubSpot, including contact uploads, segmentation, list management, and reporting
- Compile and analyze performance metrics across social media, email marketing, websites, and paid campaigns
- Edit visual and multimedia content using Canva, Descript, iMovie, or similar tools
- Coordinate creative requests in Asana with design team
- Work with external vendors, including podcast editors and digital advertising partners
- Develop research on digital trends using AI tools
Skills and Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing operations, or a related role
- Expert level skills on LinkedIn and LinkedIn Ads (via Campaign Manager)
- High-level of attention to detail
- Proficiency with key platforms including HubSpot, WordPress, and email marketing tools such as Constant Contact, or ActiveCampaign
- Experience managing CRM systems, including contact uploads, segmentation, list management, deduplication, and marketing automation workflows
- Experience building email campaigns, landing pages, and marketing workflows using templated systems such as HubSpot
- Familiarity with digital analytics tools including Google Analytics (GA4), LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and native platform reporting tools
- Ability to compile and organize analytics data into reports, dashboards, and spreadsheets
- Strong social media copywriting skills based on existing content and campaign messaging
- Experience creating or editing simple visual and multimedia content using tools such as Canva, Descript, iMovie, or similar platforms
- Comfort using AI tools to support research, ideation, and workflow efficiency while applying sound judgment and validating outputs
- Ability to be nimble to quickly learn new digital platforms, identify solutions, and provide digital/technical recommendations
- Experience in B2B or professional services marketing environments preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple digital initiatives simultaneously

The compensation range for this role varies based on engagement type, experience, skills, and geographic location.
- Consulting (Daily Rate): $288–$312 per day
- Full-Time Equivalent Salary: Up to $75,000 annually
Actual compensation within these ranges will be determined based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, qualifications, internal equity, and business needs.
