Brooklyn Warren is an intelligence analyst on the Baretz+Brunelle Talent Intelligence & Acquisitions team, where she conducts due diligence reports on lateral partner and group hires and develops intelligence deliverables that support high-stakes, growth-oriented talent acquisition strategies.
Brooklyn earned her degree from the Tom Ridge College of Intelligence Studies and Applied Sciences at Mercyhurst University, graduating with a major in business competitive intelligence and a minor in cybersecurity. While at Mercyhurst, she gained practical experience as an intelligence analyst for several private-sector companies through the Center for Intelligence, Research, Analysis, and Training. Brooklyn has also worked with the National Air and Space Intelligence Center, the U.S. Department of Defense’s primary source of air and space intelligence, as well as Erie Insurance Company, where she applied her analytical skills to business operations and crisis management.
A native of Buffalo, New York, Brooklyn grew up playing ice hockey and later served as captain of the Mercyhurst University women’s club ice hockey team.
