Maddie is a senior intelligence analyst in Baretz+Brunelle’s New York office. She supports the Talent Intelligence & Analytics practice through the collection of human and open-source intelligence used to produce reports on lateral partner candidates.

Before joining Baretz+Brunelle, Maddie developed analytical, verbal, and writing skills through internships in both the public and private sector. At Dell Technologies, she identified security trends and recommended mitigation actions to decisionmakers and security teams. She also has government experience as a counterintelligence intern with the Office of the Director of National Intelligence.

She joined B+B after graduating in 2022 from the Tom Ridge School for Intelligence Studies and Information Science at Mercyhurst University, where she dual majored in intelligence studies and political science-international relations.
