She has helped early-stage companies grow, later-stage companies prepare for acquisition, and newly acquired companies integrate.
Lindsay is a seasoned marketing professional with a deep understanding of legal technology and vast experience in eDiscovery. As a director in the NewLaw practice, she manages marketing campaigns designed to create brand equity, improve engagement, and generate revenue for legal tech companies, alternative legal service providers, and innovative law firms. She has experience across marketing channels including content marketing, events, and digital strategies.
Before joining Baretz+Brunelle, Lindsay spent more than 10 years at eDiscovery and legal tech firms, often building awareness and engagement with general counsel at Fortune 500 companies. Most recently, she was director of demand generation at Breakwater Solutions, where she produced events and digital campaigns to improve pipeline conversion and increase customer acquisition. Previously, she was the director of advisory services at Lighthouse, where she focused on building account-based marketing programs, and was senior marketing manager at DiscoverReady, where she had broad responsibilities across all marketing channels. Earlier in her career, Lindsay acted as senior manager of global marketing at Applied Discovery, where she helped the company transition from a division of LexisNexis to a private equity-owned standalone. She also has worked at marketing and public relations agencies focused on technology clients in the Pacific Northwest.
Lindsay is a graduate of Eastern Washington University, summa cum laude, and lives in the greater Seattle area.
