A director in Baretz+Brunelle’s New York office, Caroline focuses on conducting in-depth research and supporting new business development for the NewLaw Practice Group. Caroline comes from a startup environment as an operations manager at Compass, the real estate brokerage firm known for its novel use of technology, where she developed digital marketing content technology integration efforts.

She previously worked with law firm clients – as well as technology, retail, nonprofit and financial services firms – as an associate at New York commercial real estate firm Savills Studley. There she worked on transactions across the firm’s brokerage, consulting, project management and capital markets teams. She executed leasing deals and created research reports on REITs, privately owned commercial real estate companies, as well as market, sub-market and industry trends. She worked closely with analysts and consultants on refinancing and retail buyout models and managed business development opportunities.

Caroline is a graduate of Washington and Lee University, where she majored in politics and art history. She was a four-year varsity lacrosse player and was elected captain her senior year.
